Getting Started

1. Configure your Help Scout API Key

Go to Manage Apps. Look for the Confluence to Help Scout Sync app and click the configure button

This will open a page that will allow you to set a Help Scout API key.

Configure the API key and click Submit

2. Start syncing

Navigate to the Confluence page you’d like to sync.

Open the content actions menu ( three dots on the top right of your Confluence page)

Click on the Help Scout Sync menu item

This will open a sync configuration dialog where you can select a destination in your Help Scout knowledge base to sync to.

Select a destination and click Start Sync

Your content is now synced to your Help Scout knowledge base. You can preview it by clicking on the link in the configuration dialog.
