All previously synced articles appeared to have lost the association and the articles are now orphaned


THis is the second time this has happened. All the articles that we had pushed from Confluence Cloud into Zendesk have become orphaned and are not getting updated.

  1. I need to know how to fix this for the current articles

  2. How to prevent this in the future
